1. Scope and agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Sorce website and the applications that link to these terms (the “Services”), provided by Sorce (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

App-specific terms and the terms of the store through which you obtain an app may also apply. App-specific terms govern the relevant feature where they differ. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must meet the age and eligibility requirements of the relevant app, platform, and applicable law. If you cannot legally agree to these terms yourself, a parent or guardian must agree on your behalf where permitted.

If an app offers an account, provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your control and for ensuring that you have permission to provide any information you submit.

3. License and acceptable use

Subject to these terms and applicable store rules, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for their intended purposes. We retain ownership of our software, branding, designs, and content, except for content owned by users or third parties.

You must not use the Services unlawfully, violate another person’s rights, distribute harmful code, bypass security or paid-access controls, disrupt the Services, or reproduce or resell the Services without permission. Restrictions on reverse engineering apply only to the extent permitted by law.

4. Your content

Where an app allows you to create or submit content, you retain your rights in that content. You grant us only the rights reasonably necessary to process, store, or display it for the feature you request. This does not grant us a right to sell your content or use it in unrelated advertising.

You are responsible for the content you submit and for having the necessary rights to it. Keep backups of important information. Availability of export, synchronization, or backup features varies by app.

5. Purchases and subscriptions

Some apps may offer paid features, one-time purchases, subscriptions, or free trials. The price, billing period, trial conditions, and included features are shown before purchase. Taxes and regional pricing may apply.

Auto-renewing subscriptions renew unless canceled according to the purchase platform’s rules. You can manage or cancel them through your Apple App Store or Google Play account, as applicable. Deleting an app does not cancel a subscription. Access after cancellation follows the terms shown at purchase and the platform’s rules.

Payment processing and refund requests for store purchases are handled by the relevant platform, subject to its policies and your statutory rights. Trial conversion, cancellation deadlines, and any price-change notices follow the terms presented at purchase and applicable requirements.

6. Third-party services

The Services may connect to third-party platforms, content, or providers. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services. We do not control their availability or independently guarantee their content.

For apps distributed through Apple, the applicable Apple end-user license terms may also govern the app license. These studio terms do not replace the Apple Standard EULA where it applies. The equivalent Google Play requirements apply to Android distribution.

7. Availability and changes

We may update the Services, change features, or discontinue a Service. We aim to give reasonable notice of material changes affecting paid access, except where urgent security or legal requirements prevent advance notice. Any required refunds or remedies remain available under applicable law.

Features may depend on compatible devices, current operating systems, internet access, or external services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Unless an app expressly states otherwise, its content is general information and should not be relied on as professional medical, legal, financial, or other expert advice.

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without additional guarantees of accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable mandatory warranties, liability for fraud, or other protected consumer remedies. Your rights under applicable consumer law prevail over any conflicting limitation.

9. Ending use

You may stop using the Services at any time. Where applicable, cancel subscriptions separately and use the app’s account or data-deletion controls.

We may restrict access for a material breach of these terms or where required for security or legal reasons, providing notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue where appropriate. Termination does not remove rights or obligations that accrued before termination, including your statutory rights.

10. Updates, disputes and contact

We may revise these terms and will publish the latest version with its date. Material changes will be communicated as required by law, and we will obtain agreement where required. If you do not accept updated terms, you may stop using the relevant Service.

Please contact us first to seek an informal resolution of a concern. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive rights to bring a claim before a competent court. Applicable law determines your legal rights and the courts available to you.
